Free Shipping On Orders Above £20
Our first option is Free shipping worldwide on all orders, shipping is carried out by Royal Mail, no tracking details or insurance is issued with this option.
(Although it has NOT happened yet should your order fail to arrive or sustain damage in transit using our free postage option we will do our best to find and replace your order but can NOT guarantee a full refund or replacement).
Tracking and insurance service On Orders Above £20
We also offer a fully TRACKABLE and INSURED service to all customers worldwide at the small cost of £1 for UK Mainland customers and £3.70 for International customers, this covers you for missing parcels and items damaged in transit. Should your parcel fail to arrive within 20 working days we will offer you a complete refund or replacement as well as open a full missing parcel investigation.
If your order is damaged during transit, inform us and we will send out a full replacement and supply a free-post return bag for the damaged item to be returned to us.
This service can be selected at the checkout by clicking on the drop-down box in the ‘Shipping Method’ section.
Please Note
FREE SHIPPING (no insurance) is our default shipping method when checking out, if you have placed an order without fully realising your shipping options you can upgrade to fully INSURED & TRACKABLE shipping by contacting us via email within 12 hours of placing your order. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email from us it is too late to upgrade your chosen shipping method.
